Hi, I am Nadja, independent innovation companion & facilitator.

I accompany organizations on their future path by applying human-centred design methods, in concrete words: I facilitate and conceptualize, train and educate, coach and consult in the realm of Design Thinking, Service Design, agile manouvers, creative capacities and really anything human-centred innovation.

My dear aim is to equip people with co-creative methods of working and solving problems, to make projects and team work more human-centred and to deliver more fruitful and meaningful experiences for all stakeholders involved. Trained by the HPI School of Design Thinking and equipped with my professional history as a consultant for digital innovation and marketing, my keen interested on human-centred solution finding was ever so steered.

My approach always is an inherently collaborative one and while I work independently on some aisles, I frequently partner up with highly skilled individuals work from my diverse networks.
